Burnout/Trackside RV Lot Rules and Regulations

Due to increased insurance claims involving non-LVMS owned or operated vehicles, the following rules and regulations will be strictly enforced:

Golf Carts, ATV's, scooters (with or without motor), dirt bikes, or skateboards are strictly prohibited while on LVMS property. Violators are subject to impound of the unit until after the event is over. Race tickets are required in order to camp in this lot.

Other Rules and Regulations:

1. Due to Fire Department Regulations, only one (1) tow vehicle pass is allowed. No exceptions.
2. Lost or stolen RV and/or tow vehicle passes will not be replaced.
3. All RV and tow vehicle passes must be clearly displayed in the lower corner on the driver's side of the windshield.
4. RV and tow vehicle passes are non-transferable, extra vehicles in your space will be towed.
5. Anyone caught with copied or counterfeit passes will be removed from LVMS property without refund.
6. Quiet rules are enforced between 11 p.m. until 7a.m. Please respect your neighbors.
7. Open fires are not permitted. Grills are acceptable.
8. Scaffolds, oversized awnings and unsecured tents are not permitted.
9. Firearms, weapons of any type and drugs are not permitted. Violators are subject to arrest.
10. External stereo or television speakers are not permitted.
11. Box trucks, cargo trucks or rental trucks are not permitted.
12. Tractor-trailer rigs are not permitted in camping areas.
13. No solicitation of any type is permitted on LVMS property.
14. Sale of food, beverages, souvenirs or merchandise is strictly prohibited.
15. Fireworks of any type are not permitted.
16. Please be considerate to others and pick up after your pets.
17. All pets must be kept on a maximum six-foot leash at all times.
18. All RV's must be removed from LVMS property no later than noon on the Monday following the race weekend.
